Designed to store cells, blood, serum and other body fluids at temperatures up to -196 ° C (should only be used in the gas phase of liquid nitrogen), these robust polypropylene bottles provide high level of chemical resistance.
The cap is characterized by its specific design for aseptic one-handed handling methods: ultra-fast internal thread which allows tightening or removal in just 1/4 turn. It also has a silicone seal specially designed to ensure watertightness, even at very low temperatures.
The caps and tubes are made of polypropylene with the same coefficient of expansion, which further improves the sealing qualities of these bottles at different temperatures.
The tubes are supplied with a white marking area for identifying the samples and can be color coded using a Capinsert (T312 series).
The vials are sterilized by gamma radiation and are packed in single bags of 100, waterproof, resealable and lockable. Autoclavable.
T311-2 is freestanding with a lockable base, allowing opening and closing with one hand when the bottles are used on the Simport T315 work stand.
T311-5 has a round bottom which makes it possible to empty their contents completely and very easily. It can be centrifuged up to 17,000 x g.
